本人H1b，公司在加州，被派到密州的合资企业工作，（LCA上雇主在加州，工作地点在密州）。现在要提交485申请，雇佣证明是应该由加州公司出还是目前我在密州工作的老板出？

-The letter had better be issued by Human Resources. If there is HR at the location you work in MI State, then get ithe letter there. Otherwise, get it from CA.

LCA是否需要随485一起提交？

-No. Only the copy of H-1 approval notice with the I-94 is needed.
