今天11/13 就要 入籍面试了，可是上个星期 出了意外被捕，理由是 hindering，开庭日期是12月中。

Q1： 这个会如何影响我的入籍？

-Depends how serious. If you will be sentenced for the prison for > one year, your green card will de revoked and you will be deport. So, hire a lawyer to help you (hire a criminal lawyer, not immigration lawyer).

Q2： 会等我的这个案子开庭受理完了以后，才审批？ 还是直接就给我拒了？

-The principle is that tell the truth if asked. USCIS will make the background check before they approve your application. Before your arrest case is determined, they will not make a decision on your US citizen application.

Q3： 如果这次拒绝入籍申请， 下次再申请会不会受影响 ？

Q4： 如果hindering被判 guilty 是不是永远都不能入籍了 ？
