姐姐移民申请

我自从2012是公民，

想为姐姐一家（在中国）办移民，

姐姐女儿今年19岁，

姐姐姐夫婚姻状况不明朗，可能1-3年会离婚，

 

请教：

 

亲属移民流程，

申请时，还提及姐夫吗

姐姐女儿还会受益吗
