因为总总原因，父母黑在美国。我们绿卡排期快到了，但是海关关员说我们的绿卡肯定拿不到了 因为父母黑在这里。是真的吗？

-Not true, but your parents had better not leave US until they get the green card in the future. Otherwise, they will be subjected to 3- or 10-year bar.
