我现在是美国绿卡身份两年， 想为24岁的儿子申请绿卡。如果在递交I-130 后儿子结婚了， 我必须转换成公民继续为他再申请， 请问需要再重新file I-130吗？如果要重新 file I-130,可否用前面I-130的prioprity date?
 -If your son gets married before you become a US citizen, then the current I-130 will be void, and your new I-130 can not use this I-130 priority date (i.e. it is equal to that you did not file any I-130).

But if you become a US citizen before your son get married, then you can upgrade the I-130 from F2B to F1 (umarried son), and to F3 (married son).
