关于Evidence of income

我的案子进入要交 financial 材料了，不知道这个Evidence of income 是否就是雇主的信。这个信要写一些什么内容呢？

我想自己写好，给老板签字就行了。请哪位能够提供这样的信的样板。不甚感谢！
