请问8老师，父母在申请绿卡期间，在8月时拿到AP，9月就回国了，现在在国内。今天收到USCIS的EMAIL， 说爸爸的485 和130都批了，文件会寄过来。那是不是代表绿卡已经批了？

-Yes.

可是他们的AP明年8月才过期，他们原本是打算呆到明年5月才来的。

-Fine. They can return to US using the AP before the AP expires. They need to tell the IO at the port of entry that their I-485 was approved during their travel. You may write a letter for them to address it if they don't know English. Then, they just present the letter to the IO when they enter US.

这种情况下再次进入美国的时间以什么为准呢？

 

是不是还是明年8月以前来就行？还是要重新以绿卡为准？另外，他们下次入境拿什么证明呢？是绿卡，还是以前的AP？

还有，爸爸的批了，可是妈妈还是没消息。也不知道还要等多久。这种情况正常吗？
