请问8老师： 我的485 EAD已经3个月了还没批准，上星期做的SR，今天回复说我的case on processing hold because required security checks remain pending。 这种正常吗？EAD和AP的也要security check。 我除了等，还能做什么呢？

-I don't think EAD/AP need security check. Perhaps the person was confused to reply to you. Only I-485 application needs background/security check.
