请教各位老师，我现在在美国加上班，是TN，孩子是TD，要通过老公申请绿卡的话，是只要提交 Form I-485吗？原来不在美国的时候，劳工提交过I-130，后来申请TN的时候把那个撤回了。

-If your spouse is a US citizen, he can file a new I-130 and you and your child can file I-485 together. The old I-130 is void because it was withdrawn.
