上面第三个问题，那看来the Child age 理解为PD is current 并且已经递交I-485 (in US) 或者 递交了DS260 的日子是否更准确。CSPA age 可以修改为 

CSPA age = the child age when the PD is current & the date when you filed I-485 or DS260 - I-130 pending time,
