请教8老师:我是婚姻移民来美，我来美后，我申请了不满21岁的儿子绿卡，我想知道，如果儿子得到条件绿卡，他可以以此申请他的女朋友来美吗？万分感谢老师解答！

-Your son has to be over 21 years old and get married, then he can file I-130 for his wife after he gets his green card (conditional or permanent).
