-It is still very possible. CSPA age = the child actual age when the PD is current - I-130 pending time. If CSPA age < 21, then the child is not age-out. Normally the I-130 takes 4 to 5 years for approval, and that means as long as the priority date becomes current before the child turns 25 to 26 years old (i.e. actual age 25 to 26 years), then the child is OK to immigrate to US with the parent.
