我们大概今年12月份绿卡满5年，想请问一下

1. 最早什么时候能够办理入籍手续？有人说，最早可以提前三个月就交表，是这样吗？

-Yes.

2. 另外，现在入籍大概需要多久？

-Case by case, normally several months.

3. 什么时候可以开始为父母办理绿卡呢？

-After you take the oath to get the US citizenship certificate.
