还是一定要邮寄？传真行吗？置顶的邀请函样板是写给大使馆的，而且是用英文写的，我觉得是不是用中文更好，毕竟中国的老妈不会英文，中国大使馆也应该接受中文。

-You don't need to write to the th US Consuate. Just write in Chinese to your mother to invite her to visit you. The VO knows Chinese well.
