1。律师让我现在申请新EAD together with the I-485.  律师是这样说的：

Once you obtain the EAD/Advance Parole document based upon the adjustment, if you travel using the Advance Parole you will need to update your I9 to reflect that you are working pursuant to the newer EAD card.

律师的说法对吗？我应该现在file EAD with I-485吗？

2。所有的payroll 都是通过总公司的，work location 要写总公司吗？还是工作地点不重要？
