妈妈从加拿大回美后探亲旅游签证自动延期六个月？I-539 刚递上，怎么办？

That means USCIS will accept my application and process it now? 

My check for I-539 has not be cashed yet. Should I cancel it, or call USCIS to cancel the application now?
