I just received RFE. Without old paystub, what can I do other than providing the legal paperwork(OPT, H-1B, etc)?
-You may check your bank statements if you deposited your paycheck or directly deposited your salary into your checking account during that period of time, and provide the copies of the bank statements (highlight the salary items in each month bank statement). Another kind of the secondary evidences is your W-2 which indicates your salary from the employer during that year, so it is helpful to provide the copy of the W-2.
Submit a complete listing of all employment you have accepted in the US since your last admission.
The list must provide the name and address of the employer, the position you held at the
company and the actual dates(month, day, year) that the employment began and ended.
Submit evidence such as pay stubs which supports your claimed periods of employment at each company. The evidence
should cover, at least, the beginning and ending periods of your employment.
