老公和儿子都是H1B, 但是他们出境后, 入境时officer给老公的I-94表 H1B日期搞错了.  儿子的I-94表变成了TN.  不是同时间出入境的.

现在律师要求儿子的I-94要变成H1B.

请问officer搞错了, 如何更改?
