H1B，雇主办绿卡，I485刚交上去，不到六个月，也没有EAD，这种情况下算什么身份，还是H1B吗？是应该让新雇主转H1B吗？

-Find a job and use EAD to work. If you want to get the H-1, you may need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back because the new H-1 approval may have no I-94 due to the status gap unless you find the new job very soon (within one month).
