收到了welcome letter了，让准备support 文件递交大使馆
简单说下case：公民父母为女儿和她的儿子申请移民
第一步是让缴费，按照网站给的步骤，网上缴费，但出现问题了，怎么也弄不明白，盼望8老师答疑啊！
1.结果显示Affidavit of Support Fees, $120,
姓名是petitioner，交完后显示 in process
2.还有一个是IV Application Processing Fee
姓名是孩子，95年生，显示 Not Invoiced
就是不明白这第二个收费是怎么个情况？为什么要单独收孩子的？而不是女儿和她的孩子？很是困扰
-Is the child's name listed in the IV fee invoice? If no, you need to contact NVC and ask them to send an IV fee invorce for the child? Without the invorce, you can not pay the fee. Normally the invorce should have both the father's, mother's names and the child's name.
