请问8老师，申请延期h1-B，收到移民局来信要求提供递申请时人在美国的证据，请问什么样的证据会被接受。

-I-94, entry stamp in your passport and other eveidences such as your credit card statement indicating you used it in US, etc.

我们8/27-9/5在加拿

-If you were not physically present in US when the H-1 petition was filed, then H-1 petition may be denied or the approval will have no I-94.
