2014年5月申请父母的绿卡，2015年4月收到通知“We registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice.”和“We ordered your new card.”，但是过了3天后又收到通知“We reopened your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, and are reconsidering our earlier decision.”，到现在一直没有消息，请问8老师等前辈请问我们除了等待还能做些什么？
-Have your parents received their green card yet? If yes, just ignore "3天后又收到通知". If not yet, then they need to contact USCIS to see what happened by calling or visiting the local USCIS Office.
