我本人今年9月中旬 通过的公民考试 想准备申请父亲和妻子（都在美国境内 父亲是通过商务签证来美 已十年以上 妻子是学生身份来的 来美2年多 在美国结的婚 结婚已经2年了 他们的身份都是黑的 之前也没有任何身份的申请）的绿卡 通过看论坛上的大神们的帖子有了 初步的认识 需要填写i130 和 i485表格
i130 包括 （主要是父亲的 在论坛里有关于妻子的 所以就不麻烦大神们了）

申请人出生证复印件（问题2：本人在中国出生 有那种 亲属关系的公证 里面也有本人的名字 父母双方的名字 能用吗？
-Yes, but you also need to provide the photocopy of your personal birth certificate.
是2007年的 可以吗？
-Yes.
如果能用 现在只剩了一份 复印件可以吗？
-Yes.

-Not need any for I-130, need two your father's photos for his I-485 filing.
申请人的G325a表格（问题4：这个用吗？）
-No, but your father needs to file it when he files I-485.

父亲的护照复印件（问题5:一共有三本1本来美国时的因公护照1本是因私护照已作废最后一本是根据第一本因公护照换发的有效护照都要复印吗 护照要辅音哪张？）
-Only need the copy of the current/valid passport, but also need the copy of the visa stamp page and entry stamp page which he used for his last entry to US no matter whether these pages are in the old passport or new passport.

父亲的密封的体检表（问题6：这个怎么弄 还有表格要填吗？）
-Print out the I-693 at this website and present it to the Dr., and the Dr. will fill the physical exam in the form and return it to you in a sealed envelop, then enclose this envelop together with the I-485 filing:

申请人美国护照复印件（问题7：还没有护照 这个是必须吗？）
-Not need any for his I-485.

-Your father also needs to provide the phtocopy of his marriage certificate for your I-485 filing. USCIS want to know whether you were born before or after your father married your mother.

（问题8：是复印件还是原件 是不是报税单的每一页都要印？）
-Yes.
（问题9：只要一年的就可以吗？
-Fine, provide the copy of tax return of 2014 (required).
之前也问过律师说是要3年的？
-This is optional, but it is helpful if you provide it.

-As long as your consistent income meets the requirement, it will be fine.
看到帖子上要求I-864表格，美国担保人最近1年的联邦报税单，W-2工资单， 雇主发的工作证明信，以及最近的三张工资单这些我这个情况怎么办？）
（问题11: I130和I485中有很多重复的文件那些是准备一份就好 还是一式两份 ？）
-Two because I-130 and I-485 are different cases.
（问题12：最后就是我想同事申请我的妻子和父亲那就是一共四份表格 都放在一个信封里吗？还是分成两个人的？）
-Separate them because your wife and you father are not in the same family.
