本人h1b， 一年前换了工作。上个月用前雇主处的I-140提交了485申请。今天现雇主的PERM批下来了，我可以选择Premium Processing 加快办理I-140。我的问题是：
1）我拿到现雇主处的I-140以后，是重新提交一次485，还是用新140替代前雇主的比较好呢？
-You can do the I-485 relink after you get the I-485 receipt and the new I-140 receipt or approval notice, not need to file the second I-485.
2）如果提交第二个485， 可否140和485一起提交？还是先提交I-140申请比较稳妥？
-Because you will use premium processing, you may file I-485 after you get the I-140 approval notice. Talk to your lawyer. Up to you, anyway.
3）新的485是马上提交好？还是等等前面一个485（USCIS是8/26收到）的结果再说呢？这涉及到是否用加快处理140.
