you need to get the green card first, how long is hard to say, 3-10 years. After you get the green card, another 5 years to become citizen. Only then you can apply GC for your parents. But note by then they will be quite old, when they come here, they won't have social security, health insurance or any retirement pension since they never paid any tax in this country. Will you be able to cover all that for them?
