公司这周可以提交140 premium，新的移民排期出来后，10月1 日后可以提交485.

Q: 是先提交140，等receipt，再提交485比较好，还是等到10月1日后一起提交比较好？

-May just file I-140 first because you use premium processing. Your I-485 will not be approved soon if you file it based on the Date for Filing Immigration Visa.  You can do the physical exam now.
