8老师, 新的申请排期允许 140 被批者提交485, 申请EAD, 和换工作.

那么, 对于140 已批, 申请排期已到, 但换了雇主的, 也能提交485吗?

-Yes if the I-140 sponsor agree to hire you back after you get the green card (you need a support letter from the employer). Otherwise, no.
