谢谢您的回复. 今天跟律师确认了, 是移民局搞错了, 现在重新FILE.... 这样RECEIPT DATE 就延迟了很多. 不过但愿FILE成功. 谢谢

-Just send the original packet back to USCIS and enclose the USCIS Rejection Notice Letter with the documents (put it on top), and explain/justify that it was USCIS's misrake, then the receipt date of your I-485 will be the date you filed it first time in August (your PD was current at that time). So, talk to the lawyer about it.
