请问尊敬的8老师： 本人PD 是2013年10月23， 2015年8月出来的CURRENT 是2013年12月1日， 昨天收到移民局来信说于2015年8月24日收到I-485， 但是不在CURRENT，因此REJECT APPLICATION。请问8老师， 这是什么原因？
-Probably USCIS made a mistake. You may contact USCIS to see what happened. Did USCIS return all of your application materials yet? If yes, you may print out the Visa Bulliton of August 2015 to justify that your priority date was current when you filed I-485 in August 2015, then return the application back to USCIS.
难道跟07绿卡无排期事件一样吗？
