绿了，可是 welcome notice 是由一个不认识的律师寄来的，

-The lawyer should work together with the one you hire.

还说让我收到绿卡后把绿卡的正反面复印件给他，不知道这是为什么？

-Normally the lawyer needs  it for closing/finishing your case. It is normal.

我要给他我绿卡的复印件吗？

-Yes. It does not mater.
