LD公司准备明年1月开始给办eb1c。问题是：
1. 我的f1签证明年5月到期，所以现在想境内转l2签证，但是，是不是转身份到拿ead有个gap？

这样的话我是不是就不能在学校做TA?

2. 如果是这样的话要自己付学费。现在想明年4月境内提交转l2的申请。到时已经开始办eb1c会对转身份有影响吗？
