-It seems you were not born in Mainland China. Then, my suggestion is that you file I-140 and I-485 concurrently and also file I-765 for EAD together with the I-485 filing. Thus, USCIS will process your I-140, I-485 and I-765 at the same time.
If you want to use premium processing for I-140 later, then do it after you get the I-140 receipt (provide the copy of I-140 receipt). Thus, nothing will be delayed.
另外， I-907 form Part 2, 3 Classification of Eligibility Request, 是否填 EAD?
-No. Put "EB-2" if your PERM is EB-2 category.
