父母在美国时递交绿卡申请后就回国（不等AP），相比人在中国时递交绿卡申请，是否能快些呢？如果是，能快多久呢？谢谢！

-Probably their I-485 (green card application)  will be denied because they left US without AP. They should have got the emergency AP in the local USCIS Office before they left.
