8老师，您好。我是j2身份，现在在公司里找到一份工作， 但是这个公司不给办H签，只能绿卡或者公民身份才能工作。我因为有工卡，所以也没问题。但是我的工卡2019年过期，如果我想继续在公司里工作，我们就得在2019年之前拿到绿卡。请问如何才能比较好的过度到绿卡的身份在公司工作呢？中间可以衔接的上吗？因为办绿卡的话，我老公必须换成H签，但是换成H签的话，我就没有工卡了。
