请教8老师：父母移民864填表问题

现在工作的公司是我和老公自己开的，注册的是corporation，我俩是president和vice president，有W-2。请教您在864 part6 里我是应该填1，employed as president of abce company 还是2，self-employed as an owner of abc company? 如果填2，还需不需要提供公司的税表？
