准备给父母申请绿卡，想请问一下在这边申请了AP后回国等绿卡是不是可以？

如果可以，要是在国内的时候绿卡批准了，是把卡寄回国内让他们用绿卡入境，还是赶在收到卡前拿AP入境？谢谢
