本人持H1B，在前雇主处拿到I-140 （PD是2012年1月），去年9月更换了新雇主目前在等待新PERM（今年2月提交）。现在EB-2排期突然大倒退，我的问题是：
1.可否利用前雇主的I-140在9月1日前提交485? (前雇主和我关系不错，同意帮我）
-Yes. but this employer needs to give you a support letter addressing that the condition, term and the postion descibed in the PERM and I-140 will still be available to you after you get the green card (i.e. he will hire you back at that time).
2. 如果可以，那最近的工作证明和工资单如何提交？
-Yes, that is some of the proof of your current valid H-1 status.
3. 如果提交后出境（需要回中国出差），可否继续使用目前持有的H1B签证回美？
-Yes.
下次申请新签证是否会受影响（因为雇主更换了）？
-No.
