8老师你好:我有个朋友之前申请过政治庇护在前年庇护的结果是免递解,目前移民局发给她A10卡,请教老师:现在她在美国与公民结婚申请禄卡是否跟别人与公民结婚申请禄卡一样只申请1-130.1-485.1-864,是同时申请还是先申请 1-130等通过后再申请 1-485.

-As A10 holder, she can not get the green card in US because she actually has an order of removal witheld (i.e. deport held). She can stay in US and work using A10 card, but she can not bcome a green card holder. If she leaves US, she will not be allowed to enter UA for about 10 years. So, her spouse can file I-130 for her, but her I-485 will not be approved if she files it.
