我的情况是EB1C已经批准了一个月，有EAD/AP，由于经常出差现在人在美国境外，我的问题是是否人一定在美国485才会批下来，

-Not necessary. As long as you use AP to travel, your I-485 may be approved during your travel outside US.

 

dependants都在美国境内会先批吗？谢谢

-Your I-485 has to be approved first, then the dependent's I-485 can be approved.
