我给父母在年初时递交了绿卡申请. 同时申请了AP. 当时父母在美国. 拿到AP后他们回国了. AP明年四月初过期. 现在我收到通知, 他们绿卡批了但还没收到. 请问8老师, 我父母在绿卡寄到后要立刻来美国吗? 如果等到明年四月行吗? 家里还有一些事要他们处理. 谢谢!

-They use the AP to come back before the AP expires, not need to send the green card to them. But they need to tell the IO at the port of entry that their green card was approved during their travel in China.
