我母亲七十四岁，我想给他办绿卡，打电话给医生诊所，大家所告诉的必须打的疫苗很不一样，有的说不用打破伤风或肺炎疫苗，有的说需要打，可以告诉一下这个年龄必须打的疫苗吗？谢谢！
