For the first option, if she wait for 3 months in US and then get married. What if her visa get expired after 6 month, but the immigration process is still not completed? Should she still stay in US, or she should come back to China?
-She can just stay in US and her green card applicaiton should not be affected if her husnbad becomes a US citizen to sponsor her green card.
