问题是，我父亲因为工作的关系，调动到不同的城市，老家的派出所估计已经没有这些记录了，因为我祖父多已去世几十年了。这让人去哪开这样的证明呢？？
-Ask the local 派出所 where your father is living or working currently. I don't think it is difficult to get such 证明 in China because many of us have done the same way without a problem.
