1/ N400 filing fee $595 和 Biometrics service fee $85 是和起来交一张check还是分开交两张？ 都是Pay to the order of Homeland Sequrity 吗?

2/ 要交photocopy of form I-551 (Permenet Resident Card) 是绿卡的复印件还是当时的通知单？

3/ 照片的背景不是很白可以用吗？
