给我妈办绿卡

我妈三月来美，现准备给她办绿卡，父亲没来，也不想办。请问我们需要将体检证明和130，485表格一起寄走吗？我认为不用，可我姐姐一定要先体检了，并要我一起寄走。
同时也要将经济证明等全寄走吗？
