请教8老师关于入籍

我老公07年拿到绿卡，10-13年被公司派回国工作（有办回美证）中间基本上2-3月回美一次，住1-2周离开，13年02月返回后，居留至今，请问什么时候可以申请公民入籍比较合适？先谢谢了！
