亲戚通过办EB5投资移民去年全家拿到了临时绿卡，他孩子现在在这儿上大学。亲戚夫妇每半年左右来美一次，每次待一个月左右，因为国内还有工作。去年来美入境没有问题，这次来入境遭到海关官员询问，护照上写了I-407 Advised 5 months。请问这种情况下次来美入境会有问题吗？

他们现在拿的还是临时绿卡，不知这样会不会对申请正式绿卡有影响？他们是否需要马上办I-131白皮书?
-They have to apply for the permit reentry  and use it to enter US for next travel. If their green card is cancelled, their child's conditional green card will also be cancelled.

Remember: the green card is for them to live in US permanently, not for them to use it as a border-crossing card.
