在我父亲幼年时，他的父母双亡，然后他投奔叔叔，所以档案上父母名字是他叔和婶的名字。然而以前办B2签证时，填的是他亲生父母的名字。公证处只肯用档案的信息。这样在移民局的材料就不一致。移民局会不会因为这而拒绝绿卡申请？如会，有其他办法吗？
-Just use the information in the 档案. Normally USCIS will not check his previous B-2 visa application materials for his green card application. If USCIS question this issue (if any), then just explain that the parents in his birth certificate were his adopting parents. But don't need to mention that unless USCIS ask.  Also need to keep consistent in all  the green card application materials based on the information in the 档案.
