这是什么意思？
1 是说明排期到了吗？

2 如果一起申请的孩子现在是20岁半，今天收到这封信，代表他已经适用那个儿童法了吗？因为21岁就不能随父母移民

3 到了这一步，还有多长时间能拿绿卡？
