有几个问题想要请教。
1.如果移民被担保人自己有经济实力， 是否可以与担保人一起出具证明担保？
-Yes if the beneficiary is your household member (e.g. spouse) and has a stable job within US. Otherwise, no.

2.除了担保人要为移民家庭collet public servic ,welfare 这类负责之外，

要不要为商业行为比如信用卡透支，赌博，医院急诊这类买单？
-Should be no.

3. 担保人和被担保人之间可不可以有协议，有被担保人wavier 担保人经济承担责任？
-The sponsor's responsibilities defined by USCIS can not be waived by any agreement if you sign the I-864.
